About Mary Rosenberger,
R.Y.T.
Founder and Director of Accent of Yoga & Health, Mary
Rosenberger has been helping students integrate their physical,
mental, and spiritual selves since 1990. Her gentle, open,
and compassionate approach enables students to experience
the transformative and healing power of yoga. Mary's students
often remark that they feel connected, safe, relaxed, refreshed,
and vibrant during her classes.
Through her extensive yoga background,
formal training, personal observations, and life experience,
Mary has developed unique techniques that help people of
all body shapes and sizes, religious backgrounds, fitness
levels, and lifestyles to overcome their emotional and physical
barriers to greater health and well-being. She is particularly
adept at teaching those with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's
Disease, depression, anxiety, back pain, fibromyalgia, and
aging bodies.

* Trained in the Iyengar method

She has studied with renowned teachers, including Swami
Satchidananda and Swami Chidvilasananda. Mary also completed
an extensive study of Yoga, Psychology, and Physiology at
Cedar Crest College while completing a degree in Psychology
and Mathematics.
Mary is currently a graduate student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Health Psychology.
