All classes
include a well-rounded blend of asana (yoga
postures), pranayama (breath and energy work),
pratyahara (inward focus), dharana (concentration),
and dhyana (meditation). Therapeutic aspects
of the practices and ways to integrate yoga into our
daily lives are emphasized.
For students with very little or no previous yoga
instruction, for experienced students who wish to
reinforce the basics, and for students with specific
physical needs.
Moderate: For students with
yoga experience who wish a more varied approach and
want to deepen their practice.
Advanced: Requires commitment
to your growth and practice and a desire to work deeply
in all aspects of yoga: physical, mental, emotional,
and spiritual.
Mixed Level: This class
is appropriate for students of all levels.
